RETURNS

Return Window

Customers in the United States of America have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of the delivery date without providing any reason.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

1. Notify Us:

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the issue (e.g., misprint, damage, wrong item)

- A description of the problem

2. Approval Process:

We will review your request and, if approved, will either:

- Reprint the item and ship a replacement

- Issue a full refund to your original payment method

3. No Need to Ship It Back:

-fulfilled items, returns are generally not required.

For Change of Mind or Incorrect Size:

Because each product is made-to-order, we do not accept
returns or offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or color selection

REFUND PROCESSING

- Inspection: If required, we will inspect the returned product and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval and will appear on your original payment method.

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Hygiene items such as socks or underwear (unless unopened and unused)
- Items returned after the 30-day window

NON-DELIVERY

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Contact us to initiate a courier investigation.
- If unresolved, we’ll issue a refund or reprint.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled before they enter production.
Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
